Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Controls Specialist III for onsite work across multiple U.S. locations, including Clinton, IN and Indianapolis, IN. The role supports cost control, forecasting and reporting across projects, with potential remote options and travel as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4–6 years in project controls; AACEi/PMI certifications preferred. Proficiency in Viewpoint and PM/Controls tools preferred. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning.
• Certification from AACEi, PMI or related institute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compiling job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projects
• Prepare project progress billings
• Prepare client progress updates
• May require some travel to project sites
• Perform performance analysis and forecasting
• Update & Review change management, forecast and progress updates in Viewpoint
• Support project management with project reporting requirements
• Assist/train project management in use of PM/Controls tools
• Works independently on complex assignments
• Other duties as assigned
