Job summary

Judit Inc. is seeking a skilled project controls professional to plan and execute projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment in the United States. The role emphasizes monitoring, reporting, and strong cost control across multiple sites and teams.

You will input data into PM tools, develop schedules, forecast costs, and support project initiation to closure. Proficiency in Primavera, Maximo, PowerPlan, and MS Office is expected, along with effective communication and problem

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Accounting, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Marketing or related field with 3 years minimum experience
• High school diploma or GED with 5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3 years of related experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track progress, variances, KPIs, and control changes
• Prepare and distribute project/ Work management reports (progress, financial, risk)
• Document progress, forecast cost/schedule impacts, and update team
• Support project prioritization and budgeting processes
• Ensure project controls for cost, schedule, scope, risk, milestones
• Coordinate with accounting and project teams on financials
• Assist initiation and closure activities using project management tools
• Develop schedule and cost data in PM tools; support long-range planning
