Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in project controls, cost control, or project financial management.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of cost forecasting and earned value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Track actuals vs. budget to mitigate margin erosion risks.
• Support earned value analysis and monthly WIP adjustments.
