Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Planner for Project & Development Services in a role focused on independent cost and schedule management tasks for moderately complex projects. You will support senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and execution of designated project controls deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing cost reports and schedules, tracking actuals and forecast data, managing accruals, and performing variance analyses while maintaining robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects including design and construction phases.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Industry experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost reports or schedules.
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data.
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs.
• Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation.
