Job summary

MEC seeks a Commercial Manager for Boise, ID, to lead contract management, risk assessment, and commercial governance on complex industrial projects. You will coordinate with the project team, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are effectively mitigated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in contract management and commercial responsibilities within energy, oil & gas, or construction.
• Strong risk analysis and change management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare a consolidated analysis of the prime contract, highlight risks and mitigations.
• Support change notification documentation and cost development with backup information.
• Ensure adherence to contract schedule obligations and client deliverables.
• Develop tools to track project risks, delays, and opportunities with alignment on scope changes.
• Support Risk Management in developing and collecting documentation for claims.
