• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 8–10 years of contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of contract/subcontract structures, risk analysis, negotiations, and change management.
• Experience in risk management, contingency planning, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare a consolidated analysis of the prime contract and ensure alignment on obligations and risk allocation.
• Accumulate backup information to support change notification documentation and cost development.
• Ensure adherence to contractual schedule obligations and milestones across terms.
• Develop tools to track project risks, trends, delays, and opportunities with project teams.
• Support Risk Management in developing documentation for claims.
• Ensure compliance with change management provisions and client tools/processes.
• Review schedules to establish baselines and logical change justifications.
