Job summary

You will analyze data from multiple systems, help shape schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and mentor junior analysts as needed.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex programs under DOE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of planning, project analysis or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+2 years related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate project plans for a department or cross-functional groups.
• Serve as FM&T contact for internal and external customer projects.
• Report status of project plans and ensure timelines are met.
• Lead changes to project plans with stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor less experienced project analysts when able.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
