Qualifications

• Familiarity with client and Pike work management and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project analysis, workflow, and deliverable prep to meet client and management objectives.
• Gather data for project requirements using data collection tools.
• Support project administration and process improvements.
• Review and document project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide lead support on local employee relations and office/client functions.
• Ensure project scope and schedule adherence; identify and resolve issues impacting profitability.
• Enter project data into the financial accounting system and review timesheets for accuracy.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Maintain document control and records for all projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
