Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounting experience, including project accounting and job costing.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and multiple performance obligations.
• Experience with capitalized labor and related mechanics (placed-in-service and release).
• Advanced Excel; able to produce schedules review-ready by non-builders.

Responsibilities

• Plan budgets and track project expenses, labor, materials and indirect costs against estimates.
• Identify budget overruns or cash flow constraints before they impact timelines.
• Collaborate with delivery team to address capacity constraints and ensure timely deliverables.
• Automate manual tasks using accounting technology to improve efficiency.
• Provide job- and project-level financial reporting to support consolidated statements.
• Perform cost analysis and variance tracking; ensure proper job coding with the bookkeeper.
