Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder communication at the Agency Executive level, and experience applying the SUITE methodology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience applying PM principles and best practices.
• Experience with system development methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level project oversight and sponsor meetings.
• Establish monitoring methods for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Plan, staff and report to ensure sponsor goals are met.
• Follow SUITE methodology and agency prioritization.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Direct day-to-day team activities per project plan.
• Contribute to organizational governance and operating models.
• Capable of building governance and intake processes from scratch.
