Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, program operations, and communications.
• Experience in a higher education setting or comparable organization.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across a large, complex institution.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of initiatives throughout intake, design, delivery, and follow-up.
• Track and organize project work with action items, decisions, and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information from stakeholders, surveys, and research.
• Maintain project- and program-level data, metrics, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and internal coordination.
• Partner with offices across the institution to support program execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and implement communications for OE services, programs, and initiatives.
• Draft and maintain content for websites, newsletters, presentations, annual report, and other channels.
• Produce clear communications using writing, editing, layout, and design principles.
• Serve as a point of contact for OE programs and services.
• Support the development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of learning programs.
• Coordinate the annual learning calendar, scheduling, logistics, registration, and participant communications.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to expand learning opportunities.
