Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated Program Manager to join our Operations team in Fremont, CA. This full-time, on-site role coordinates cross-functional programs, manages scope, timelines, and budgets, and drives operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.
• Monitor program progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and project deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
• Track KPIs and analyze program performance to drive decision-making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management activities associated with new processes, systems, or business initiatives.
