Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Manager, Corporate Programs to own CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment) and Planning programs, driving end-to-end delivery across product launches and system changes. You will translate complex challenges into scalable solutions with direct visibility to senior leadership.

You will conduct research to identify pain points, craft roadmap priorities, and manage executive QBR cycles, while maintaining CORA reporting and audits with internal and regulatory stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives.
• Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive outcomes.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own two cross-functional programs: CORA and Planning, end-to-end delivery.
• Translate complex process challenges into scalable solutions with visibility to senior leadership.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create roadmaps prioritized into a clear plan.
• Drive Executive QBR planning cycles, from company guidance to outputs.
• Maintain CORA’s operating rhythms including weekly/monthly reporting and audits with regulators.
