Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Business Development professional to develop and execute growth strategies for assigned product programs. You will support product growth, assist with opportunity targeting, and train the sales force to effectively sell to customers.
Responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, delivering best pricing, leading marketing plans, and managing vendor partnerships. Travel up to 30% may be required.
Under general supervision, develop and execute a business strategy to achieve growth in assigned product programs. Provide direct support to enable product growth, including opportunity targeting, marketing, and sales support. Interact with the sales force to answer questions, cross reference, and prepare competitive quotes. Work with and train sales force to be able to confidently sell products to customers.
Education Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience At least 2 years of business development, product management, sales or clinical practice experience (preferably in the healthcare industry).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Suite Word (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) to create presentations, generate reports and analyze complex data.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $79,000.00 - $119,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
