Deutsche Post DHL is seeking a Sales Program Manager & Executive Assistant in Atlanta, GA. This role leads strategic projects, supports senior leadership, and ensures execution of programs aligned with business goals.

You will partner with management, translate strategy into roadmaps with milestones and KPIs, and provide executive-level support to the CCO, including organizing NORAM Sales Management meetings and travel logistics.

Qualificações

• College degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience managing strategic projects.
• Experience leading project teams in development and implementation of strategic projects.
• Willingness to travel 25%-35%.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be located in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and programs.
• Partner with the Management team to identify, scope, and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate objectives into defined project roadmaps with milestones and KPIs.
• Advise and support the CCO in strategic decisions and analyses.
• Coordinate NORAM Sales Management meetings and executive support logistics.
