Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, time, and budget, and drive measurable business benefits through structured project delivery.

The role emphasizes change management, communications, and governance representation while advancing cutting-edge oncology research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP Certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the research environment and healthcare processes.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with large change impact.
• Complex program and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-visibility enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Single accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a strategic initiative with measurable benefits.
• Develop communication plans and manage risks to minimize exposure across projects.
• Represent the project in governance forums and serve as liaison for status updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
