You will lead investment cases, align with product roadmaps, and govern large, cross-functional transformation programs across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

The role requires deep financial planning experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management within Trading, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Index products.
• Hands-on experience in driving large enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated strength in financial planning, resource allocation, cost governance, and risk management.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement with cross-functional influence.
• Superior organisational skills with strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
• Proficiency with financial data, Jira, Excel, and expert-level PowerPoint skills.
• Delivery-focused, able to manage multiple initiatives across diverse workstreams.
• Experience driving complex initiatives with geographically dispersed teams in Waterfall and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment cases for growth, innovation, and resilience initiatives.
• Contribute to global product roadmap creation with cross-functional input.
• Assess indexing landscape to inform prioritisation and strategy.
• Scope, validate, and execute new commercial opportunities with KPIs and economic impact.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans with milestones and owners.
• Embed within Scrum teams to support delivery and align with roadmap.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and deployment strategies.
• Develop governance reporting for Scrum, Steering, Investment Committees, and Board.
