Job summary

You will coordinate a cross‑functional team of design, manufacturing, quality, production, sales, and contracts, acting as the primary liaison with customers. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of program management in a manufacturing setting, preferably aerospace/defense, and a PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace and defense.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; familiarity with WBS, IMS and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project results across design, manufacturing, quality, production, sales and contracts.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedule and budget through the development lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for customers, ensuring timely, professional communication on all deliverables.
• Coordinate program reviews and publish program metrics and reports.
• Schedule and ensure execution of deliverables across internal groups.
• Negotiate changes to product requirements with customers as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose actions to meet commitments.
• Demonstrate ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.
• Provide technical advice as needed and motivate teams to project completion.
• Participate in functional excellence initiatives to improve outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
