Qualifications

• Senior communications leader with experience advising and influencing senior leaders within large, highly matrixed global organizations.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide communications and marketing strategies to support transformation, risk management and change.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, transformation and risk topics; able to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies.
• Outstanding storytelling and editorial skills for varied audiences.
• Proven experience in global, cross-border communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications, engagement and marketing strategies for CT’s top priority initiatives and risk programs.
• Advise CT and Growth & Innovation leaders on executive communications and change initiatives.
• Develop messaging, positioning and narratives that simplify complex technology topics.
• Provide leadership for issues, incidents and special projects with timely, coordinated stakeholder engagement.
• Define success metrics using audience insights and performance data to improve strategies.
