Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Programs to drive high-impact initiatives and align the Professional Services organization with strategic priorities. This remote role partners with the SVP to translate strategy into action, incubate new programs, and roll out enablement efforts across global teams.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, earns trust across levels, and guides programs from early stages to permanent ownership, including

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in professional services, strategy, program management, or organizational leadership.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic programs from inception to ownership.
• Experience supporting senior executive leadership in advisory roles with strong communication.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences from staff to C-suite.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; capable of earning trust across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of Professional Services to define priorities and track progress.
• Create materials for leadership meetings, planning sessions, and offsites.
• Identify gaps and risks across the PS function and propose actions.
• Serve as a thought partner on organizational design, investments, and challenges.
• Lead cross-functional strategic programs and ensure long-term ownership.
