Job summary

American Electronics, Inc. is seeking a project management professional to support planning, budgeting, and execution for naval programs.

You will input IBPES data, develop full project plans, and assist with procurement tracking while coordinating with OSIC-related reporting and training activities. The role requires extensive experience in engineering or cost analysis, familiarity with ERP/IBPES/SharePoint/Confluence/Jira and strong communication skills for written reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited institution.
• Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Three (3) years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of project management, planning, and analytical functions.
• Assist with IBPES subtask planning by inputting data and developing full plans.
• Support the NWA assignment process and procurement tracking tools.
• Attend meetings and prepare detailed meeting minutes; review trip reports for formatting and distribution.
• Support training management by assessing needs and tracking completion.
• Contribute to Confluence/Jira environment management and align goals with strategic plans.
• Review tools and practices, collect and interpret data to define problems and recommendations.
