• Develop, mature, and maintain the OIT Strategic Framework to ensure strategic plan development, alignment, and execution fully support VA enterprise strategic goals and Agency Priority Goals.
• Create, update, and maintain OIT strategic plans by establishing measurable goals, objectives, and performance indicators.
• Analyze large datasets to generate strategic insights and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws, statutes, and regulations, integrating their requirements into strategic planning processes.
