Job summary

Cobec, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Program Scheduler/Resource Analyst to support the Program Management Organization. The role focuses on scheduling, resource-loaded schedules, and enterprise resource analysis using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and MSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in P6 EPPM and/or MSP to create resource-loaded schedules.
• Configure layouts, filters, and calendars to support enterprise schedule reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze resource-loaded schedules to support staffing forecasts and utilization analysis.
• Perform resource allocation analysis and provide recommendations to PMs and leadership.
• Support resource leveling, labor-hour forecasting, and variance analysis between planned, actual, and remaining effort.
• Implement consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes.
