Job summary

Cobec, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Program Scheduler/Resource Analyst based in Aurora, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing program scheduling support, including development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.

The role requires 5-7+ years of experience in a PMO environment and strong skills in resource planning and scheduling. A Master's degree is a plus. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience supporting a Program Management Organization (PMO).
• Must be a US citizen or legal resident for three of the last five years.
• Must meet eligibility for US Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze resource-loaded schedules.
• Support staffing forecasts, capacity planning, and resource constraint identification.
• Perform resource allocation analysis and provide recommendations.
