Job summary

Crescent Systems, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Program Schedule Analyst to support detailed program and corporate schedule reviews. You will collaborate with PMs and CAMs/IPTLs to ensure timely schedule inputs and reporting, and you will assist with critical path and variance analyses.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of EVMS experience and familiarity with SSI scheduling software, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and more than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• 2 years of Earned Value Management experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting schedule data / SDRLs.
• Experience with SSI scheduling software.
• Aerospace and/or DoD work experience.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of detailed MS Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs/IPTLs to develop resource loaded schedules.
• Ensure WBS, Workpackage, and Charge Code coding is applied to the schedule.
• Responsible for conducting program status meetings with various functions.
• Assist Program Management and CAMs with Critical Path Analysis.
• Assist CAMs with schedule variance analysis.
• Baseline Change Request (BCR) Implementation.
