  • Oversee enterprise level resource and budget management by allocating personnel, technology and funding across the organizational portfolio, ensuring the right capabilities are applied at the right time as priorities and requirements rapidly evolve.

  • Proactively identify interdependencies, risks and issues across the customer's technology initiatives, developing timely mitigation strategies to preserve program momentum and maintain alignment during periods of changes in requirement and organizational realignment.

  • Serve as the primary liaison across executive leadership, technical engineering teams and external partners, delivering clear, organization wide communications, status updates, briefing materials and responses to Front Office actions to maintain unified understanding across a shifting stakeholder landscape.

  • Mature and manage organization-level program management processes, including PMR workflows, schedule and quad chard reviews, control gate preparation, personnel check-in/out procedures and system access management — to ensure consistency, transparency and decision readiness across the customer's frequently changing operational environment.

  • Leverage comprehensive understanding of the full breadth of customer organization across all programs and offices to build, sustain, facilitate and further leverage strong partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate program and project success.

  • Utilize methods to identify, engage with and incorporate impactful insights and capabilities from commercial industry, seeking new ways to reinforce the customer organization's ongoing evolution in parallel with the private sector.
