Job summary

Pacific Community Ventures seeks a Business Advising Program Manager to lead our national network of small business owners and pro-bono advisors. You will ensure high-quality participant experiences, manage a remote team, and drive partnership goals to amplify impact.

In this role you will collaborate with the Director of the Business Advising program, coordinate with data staff to track KPIs, and design campaigns to engage members while advancing PCV's mission of economic and community

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team (including remote team members).
• Familiarity with business terminology.
• Interest in economic development, community development and/or entrepreneurship.
• Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously; highly organized.
• Self-starter with lots of initiative who thrives on collaborating with multiple team members.
• Experience working with small businesses and/or small business organizations, a plus.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program activities and optimize member experience.
• Coordinate with data team to track KPIs and report impact.
• Grow and cultivate our community of business owners and advisors.
• Represent PCV at small business events.
• Lead team of part-time relationship managers.
