Job summary

Future Technologies, LLC. in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-phase programs focused on private wireless networks and emerging technologies. You will integrate people, processes, and technology from concept to deployment and sustainment.

The role combines technical leadership, program execution, customer engagement, and business growth support across CONUS/OCONUS environments, with DoD programs and government stakeholders at the core.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in systems integration or telecommunications.
• Demonstrated experience delivering government or DoD programs.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications (5G/LTE, RF systems).
• Knowledge of network architectures and protocols.
• Systems integration and deployment lifecycle knowledge.
• Information assurance and network security expertise.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, subcontractors, and vendor ecosystems.
• Proficiency with MS Project, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs involving 5G/private networks, edge computing, AI-enabled systems, and network modernization.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across programs.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, financial plans, and resource strategies.
• Provide leadership across system-of-systems integration, including RF, transport, core, edge, and application layers.
• Oversee engineering design, deployment, testing, optimization, and sustainment.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for stakeholders.
• Lead executive briefings, program reviews, and technical discussions.
• Interface with government stakeholders, operators, IT teams, and mission users.
• Build trusted relationships that drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Travel up to 30–40% for customer engagements, deployments, and program oversight.
