Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of progressive program management experience, with knowledge of Health Insurance Operations and cross-agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years' progressive experience in program management and related areas.
• Strong understanding of Health Insurance Operations.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to translate guidance into actionable plans and executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational initiatives and deliverables with the Office of Personnel Management.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, and action items for OPM-related requirements.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and supporting documentation for OPM reviews.
• Develop program plans, SOPs, dashboards, and reports related to OPM engagement.
• Monitor OPM guidance and priorities to advise leadership on actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
