Job summary

Bevi is seeking a driven and organized Program Manager to join our Central Program Management Office (CPMO). This role owns moderately complex, cross-functional programs spanning New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and Go-to-Market Launch execution.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across Hardware, Software, Beverage, Manufacturing, and GTM—ensuring programs stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned. The hybrid role based in Charlestown (Boston) requires 2–3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of program or project management experience delivering cross-functional programs on time and on scope.
• Demonstrated execution discipline with strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Experience spanning multiple teams or functions with planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hybrid role based in Charlestown (Boston), with 2–3 days on-site weekly.

Responsibilities

• Own independent workstreams for end-to-end NPD, Beverage Innovation, and GTM Launch programs.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and milestone trackers across workstreams.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and escalate blockers with recommended paths.
• Proactively identify risks and align stakeholders with clear context.
• Balance short-term execution with overall program health and quality.
