Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead North Shore Employment Supports, overseeing job readiness and placement services for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

The role includes day-to-day outreach to partner organizations and coordination of services, while ensuring compliance and quality program delivery. The position requires supervising staff, developing career plans, and managing referrals and intake processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field; 2-3 years in vocational services environment.
• Strong reading, analysis and interpretation of business materials; ability to write reports.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to convey information to diverse groups.
• Satisfactory results of all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff and carry out supervisory responsibilities per policy.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and retains employees.
• Plans, assigns and directs work; assesses performance.
• Provides direct case management and job readiness and placement services to participants.
• Develops Career Plans and ISP’s (Individual Service Plans) and conducts status assessments.
• Liaises with referral sources, coordinates intake and referrals for vocational services.
• Tracks program performance vs. goals and uses data tools (ETO).
• Maintains billing paperwork and coordinates with referral sources for payments.
• Attends and participates in organizational and departmental meetings.
