• Plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, and PM schedules.
• Manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily operations.
