Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager in Reston, VA to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for complex data-center initiatives. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage multi-party schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers across the company.

In this role, you will own schedule integration from developers, EPCs, OEMs, and utilities; perform critical path analysis, earned value management, and what-if modeling to protect timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 3 years in Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software including database management, resource loading, and global change execution.
• 2 years using schedule analytics and health-check software such as Deltek Acumen Fuse.

Responsibilities

• Integrate complex schedules from multiple stakeholders into a single Master Integrated Schedule.
• Monitor the critical path and analyze schedule variances and SPI against spend.
• Build what-if schedules and perform Time Impact Analyses to evaluate disruption impacts.
• Conduct regular schedule updates and develop resource-loaded schedules to analyze labor density and utilization.
