Job summary

Sprout seeks a Program Manager to own end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of high-value clients. You will lead engagements from onboarding through delivery, shaping customer success, reporting, and expansion plans with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Sales, Logistics, Operations, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve issues, surface insights, and drive revenue growth while maintaining top-tier client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-complexity client programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategy.
• Proven track record of client-facing program delivery.
• Strong data interpretation skills with reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 3–5 high-priority accounts with complex requirements.
• Lead client engagements across onboarding, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Identify trends and guide account strategy using internal data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Manage escalations end-to-end and drive continuous improvement.
• Uncover cross-sell opportunities and expand programs.
• Build deep relationships beyond initial contacts.
• Represent Sprout with professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• Contribute to Client Success processes by sharing learnings.
