Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Oracle Health Federal Support. The role focuses on improving how the organization operates and delivers for customers, not just traditional project management.

You will own a diverse portfolio, manage multiple priorities, and work with cross-functional leaders to drive measurable outcomes and sustained results across Support Delivery and AMS functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Health solutions, AMS, or customer service operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Own outcomes across concurrent initiatives, set priorities, measure success, and manage dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Client Operations, Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle Health tools and support workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Assess operational processes, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Translate data and findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and standardize processes and best practices across Support organizations.
• Create meaningful metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness.
