Job summary

Oracle Health and Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive a new internal initiative focused on delivering customer excellence and ensuring conformity across Oracle Health products for entry into new markets (e.g., Germany).

The role requires 3–5 years in program management within healthcare IT, with the ability to lead cross-LOB meetings and collaborate with Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, and other Oracle organizations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management experience in healthcare IT.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and leadership in product management.
• Ability to run executive-level program meetings with multiple LOBs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic plans and timelines across LOBs and Oracle organizations.
• Lead end-to-end program committee meetings with Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, Global Business Practice, and others.
• Drive global regulatory program efforts for Oracle Health products entering new markets.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders and mitigate risks.
