Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Oracle Health Federal Support. The role requires applying health solution knowledge, AMS expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery to customers.

The candidate will own a diverse portfolio, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from definition through measurable outcomes, emphasizing process improvement, governance, and leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Health solutions and AMS.
• Experience in AMS, Customer Support, Customer Service, Support Delivery, or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS, from initial problem definition through implementation and sustained results.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives, establishing priorities, defining success measures, identifying dependencies and risks, and maintaining accountability through completion.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support and Support Delivery leaders, Client Operations, SMEs, Product and Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of Oracle Health tools, products, support processes, and customer service/workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, customer experience, and support delivery.
• Assess and audit key operational processes to determine if established processes and controls are followed, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Help establish, document, standardize, and measure processes and best practices across Support organizations.
• Develop meaningful metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness, identify trends, and provide leaders with insights.
• Assist Support Delivery leaders with high-priority initiatives, challenges, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams with differing priorities, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.
• Manage upward and across the organization, sharing findings and implementing plans to mitigate issues.
• Communicate program status, risks, findings, recommendations, and outcomes to operational teams and senior leadership.
• Assist leadership in problem areas and identify methods to improve processes/documentation for future situations.
• Analyze data and translate into leadership messages.
