Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS from problem definition to outcomes.
• Own multiple concurrent initiatives, define success measures, manage dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Client Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
• Apply deep understanding of Oracle Health tools and workflows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across quality and customer experience.
• Assess operational processes, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
