Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Health, AMS, and/or Customer Service/Support operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives without relying solely on formal authority.
• Experience with process improvement, operational assessments, quality programs, auditing, governance, or continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS, from problem definition through implementation and results.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives, establishing priorities, success measures, dependencies and risks, and accountability through completion.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Support Delivery, Client Operations, SMEs, Product and Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Apply deep understanding of Oracle Health tools, products, support processes, and customer workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, customer experience, and support delivery.
• Assess and audit key operational processes to determine adherence to established controls and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Help establish, document, standardize, and measure processes and best practices across Support teams.
• Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Support leaders with high‑priority initiatives, escalations, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Facilitate alignment and decision‑making across teams with differing priorities, ensuring ownership and follow‑through.
• Communicate program status, risks, findings, and outcomes to operational teams and senior leadership.
