Job summary

Oracle Health Federal Support seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the Health AMS and customer service environment. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from definition to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives with defined priorities and success measures.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Client Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership.
