Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance against budget and prior-year results to identify trends and variances.
• Consolidate company performance data into recurring reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor budget-to-actual results and provide visibility into key performance drivers and variance tracking.
• Prepare executive materials communicating financial performance to management and regulators.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives in finance and reporting for performance optimization.
