Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-visibility programs that align people, processes, and priorities to business impact. You will shape vision, drive delivery, and guide cross-functional teams across a fast-paced digital landscape.

You will partner with technology teams (web/digital platforms; CMS) and clients to deliver measurable benefits while managing governance, risk, and stakeholder communications. Exceptional leadership and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' recent experience in a SAFe team.
• SAFe certification is a plus and beneficial.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Background delivering with technology teams in web/digital space; Adobe stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy and translate into clear objectives.
• Lead programs end-to-end to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Champion ethical, responsible decision-making across stakeholders.
• Stand up and lead cross-functional program teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and ensure benefits realization.
