Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• ARF Certification (or eligibility to achieve) required per California Title 17 regulations.
• Valid California driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and compliance of Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
• Advocate for residents' rights and monitor progress toward goals.
• Ensure program-related compliance and staff training.
