Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be AMAP, SCIP-R, and First Aid/CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement in-house programming and assessments.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and collaborate with consultants.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and quality individual care.
