Job summary

Designed Conveyor Systems in North Carolina is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and technical performance for a multi-project program within our D&F business. You will help build lasting relationships and deliver on commitments by guiding teams and streamlining processes.

You will partner with customers and cross-functional peers, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing material handling projects.
• Strong track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a customer and manage communication on all projects.
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule of multiple high-complexity projects.
• Support Pre-contract and Sales efforts with initial Microsoft Project schedules.
• Oversee project financials including cash flow, invoicing, and change orders.
• Lead weekly calls for projects within the program.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate vendor management and contractual deliverables.
• Escalate issues when needed and act as primary customer escalation point.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
