Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience with complex systems or programs.
Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) management.
Familiarity with the engineering product development lifecycle.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Background in hardware, software, or IT technology.
Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead program development activities and deliver baselines per the Engineering Management Plan and QCD commitments.
Propose and maintain development roadmaps aligned with needs and requirements, ensuring safety, quality, and customer orientation.
Manage and execute all program developments (performance, planning, cost, risks, savings) per approved QCD commitments.
Oversee Delivery On-Time commitments and manage changes.
Coordinate all program work packages, capacity/resources, risks, and mitigation with the PDO.
Ensure Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented.
