Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and program management expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll drive impactful results by ensuring the successful delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments for programs. Day‑to‑day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Engineering, Research & Development and Project Management, to align program roadmaps and ensure on‑time delivery. You'll also lead program reviews, manage risks and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and competitiveness, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the program development activities and deliver the program's baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments.
  • Propose and maintain the development detailed roadmap implementation aligned with solutions needs and requirements, in coordination with other Program Managers as needed, ensuring safety, quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation and innovation.
  • Manage, control and execute all development activities related to the program—performance, planning/delivery, cost, risks and savings—ensuring compliance with the approved QCD commitments.
  • Manage Delivery On‑Time (IOT/DOT‑i) commitment and change.
  • Coordinate all program work packages, capacity/resource analysis, risks and mitigation plans with the unit/team according to the Program Development Organization (PDO).
  • Ensure that Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented.
Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Experience or understanding of complex systems, program or project management.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) management.
  • Familiarity with engineering product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Background in hardware, software or IT technology.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
