Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and manage complex programs across departments. You will partner with hospital leadership and external partners to design and implement program elements, ensuring leadership engagement with strategy and aligned outcomes.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. On-site work with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration is available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field (or equivalent).
  • Three years of experience in business or healthcare administration; HM internal candidates with two years may qualify.
  • Preferred: Registered and/or certified professional in area of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Leads program meetings and actively contributes to decision-making with clear next steps.
  • Drives program strategies with stakeholders to meet timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Facilitates communication with authority to diverse groups including physicians, admins and peers.
