• Ability to develop milestones, budgets, and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert consultant to squadron director on acquisition matters.
• Supervise a diverse program management team within the 704th Test Group.
• Recommend priorities for facilities, sustainment, modernization efforts.
• Perform complex analysis, set short and long-term goals, provide guidelines.
• Plan, organize projects, adjust resources to meet objectives.
• Conduct program management reviews and report to leadership.
