Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Management Specialist to support DoD/DHS acquisition programs from concept through execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders to review contracts, perform EV analyses, and develop dashboards using Power BI and NEPS within the NAVSEA and DHS context.

This role requires 5+ years in program and project management, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or DHS acquisition and program management offices.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, including DoD 5000 Adaptive Acquisition Framework, NAVSEA or PEO processes, and DHS MSAM / SELC.
• Knowledge of PRs, CDRLs, SOWs, and POM budget cycles.
• Ability to lead program risk management efforts and working groups, develop dashboards and program metrics in Power BI, manage planning in NEPS, and use MS Project and MS Office to schedule and track work.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
